Mr. Jesse Tippett conducting a HVAC check up. He was professional, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell stuff or act like I have to fix something or my life would end. This was a service through SMECO but he was quite detailed in assessing my system which is about 14 years old. Based on my first interaction I would definitely use them again.

I thought that I'd written a review YEARS ago when I first started using them for my HVAC needs, but see in my archives I was wrong. Look, here's the bottom line, if you need HVAC services of ANY kind, there is no need to look any further than Modern Aire LLC, PERIOD! Bill and his team are second to none when it comes to service and convenience, whether for emergencies or via their service plan(s)! Jesse was my service technician who came out to work on two of our HVAC units. He diagnosed the problem; explained the process to fix the units and provided me with the cost estimate up front. Compliments to him for working in this hot, humid weather and for fixing my units. I definitely recommend Modern Aire and Jesse for being the ultimate professional.

Jesse provided the service for my AC. The system said it was on but was not pushing air. I called that morning and explained the problem. Though they were swamped with work, when they heard I had a 5 month old and we needed heat back in the house, Jesse came the same day. Even when we were not at the house he performed all the necessary work and checks needed to get the system up and running so we could return to a warm house. He explained everything over the phone in clear detail and left a note describing everything that was done and the work that was performed. Jesse's professionalism, communication skills, and punctuality were very well noticed. I would highly recommend Jesse Tippett and the whole Modern Aire company for their great work!
