I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated as a new patient. I booked the appointment for a specific concern I had. Instead, Dr. Sarah Kasprowicz conducts a full exam without asking why I was there or what my concerns were. I had to bring it up to her near the end of the exam where she then tells me that another doctor will have to look at my concern and she'll send someone in to take photos. I was clear about the reason for my visit when I booked my appointment so why go through all that just to tell me she couldn't answer my question? I guess just to bill me. I never received any follow up from the \other doctor\ as to the photos taken...only the 235 bill for services. Not a practice I will return to.

Really terrible billing department. I did a shave excision mole removal with Doctor Pooja. Within a month the mole is coming back, even more bigger and darker than before. I called several times, doctor Pooja and her assistant asked me to come back to check if anything they could do. On my return visit, I stayed less than 3 minutes in doctor's office, the doctor just took a look and told me they could do nothing to help. It's sad but I could accept it. The ridiculous part is the billing department is again charging me a co-pay, for a meaningless, less than 3 min return visit after a failed surgery! I really cannot understand it. Will never go here again.

Dr. Peters and Dr. Kasprowicz are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. They explain the “why” behind the issue. I always feel in good hands in this office. All of my other doctors are at Northwestern, but my dermatologist appointments are only here. Now my daughter goes here too. This is an excellent practice, highly recommend.
