Dr. Ross is great office is not. Cost me over 2 thousand dollars. They forgot to schedule my surgery. Six months later my insurance has changed not covered now THATS ALL THEY CAN SAY IS SORRY .

Dr. Ross and his team were very thorough in educating me on lifestyle changes, what to expect and following up after weight loss. They were also diligent in following up with insurance to make sure I was covered. As a result of their excellent care, I have lost 100 lbs! I highly recommend Dr. Ross. What they do is truly life changing and they equip you with the knowledge necessary to maintain your success for a lifetime.

Made an appointment in January and just got a phone call cancelling my appointment because they can't fit me in. It is April 19th. I waited that long for my appointment and they cancelled the day before my appointment to put me on a waiting list with no estimation on how long it would take. I am extremely disappointed!
