You must call before you walk in but they don’t answer the phone and when you go in the girl behind the counter is not very pleasant when I finally got through on the phone I tried to help the lady behind me also but the staff had no interest in helping her I know that we are in strange times but manners and kindness still apply maybe they don’t realize that there is a medi center on a as almost every corner I FOR ONE WILL NOT RETURN

The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Once they opened, they worked very quickly to have our paperwork processed and administer our tests. I highly recommend anyone to go to Medicenter. We will be back there if necessary in the future.
Called outside to go inside. Told the secretary I'm having some sort of chest/lung pain. Since I was there back in April and they have an x ray I figured it was no problem. Not only was I denied medical service and entry, but was told to go to the hospital and she didn't ask me if I needed an ambulance.
very unprofessional staff, specially the front desk woman who had her mask under her chin more than half the time I was there (during this time of PANDEMIC !!)and didn't care or knew what she was doing. Don't know if any result they give is reliable or accurate when management is so weak.
Due to covid, they are overwhelmed with phone calls. Only way to be seen is to get through. Repeatedly getting busy signals can be frustrating, but hang in there, you will get through. When you do, they are caring and fast.
The team works very hard during this tough time with Covid19. Pascual and Chelsea as well as the Doctors and Practioners .
Been going here for a multiplicity of (non-specialty) health issues for nearly 30 years. I've been treated well by both staff & doctors. Just understand that it's an urgent care/walk-in facility, meaning you should expect occasional long wait times & also know it's NOT the Mayo Clinic! So yes, sometimes the staff can be a bit overwhelmed & the docs too - especially now in these horrific times - but I've been treated well 95% of time & in all the years I've been going there (at least 20-25x's), I can remember only once, many yrs ago, where I felt I'd been given poor tx & mis-dx. But that was quickly rectified by my favorite doctor there, Dr. Scully. I def. recommend this facility & glad it's so conveniently nearby.
I had such a great experience here!!! The girl Samantha at the front desk was so professional and sweet I highly recommend coming here!!
