I use this in my psychotherapy practice and love it. It came without delay from Amazon and the Extra filter I ordered came quickly too. I wonder if some of these reviews are bots. I’d recommend this product without hesitation.

I ordered an air purifier from this company on August 26, 2020. On September 2, 2020, I got a notification that the product was delivered, but there was no package delivered to my residence. I waited for a few days in case there was a delay. Still no package. I contacted UPS(the carrier who delivered the supposed package) to find out its location. I was informed I had to file a claim so I did. I contacted Medify Air to inform them I haven’t received the package and was told the same information I already knew. That the package was delivered and it signed by a person named SWAGGLER. I did my own research and found out other neighbors in the area had a similar issue and that packages signed by this name meant that the package was delivered to an Amazon warehouse. I relayed this information to Medify Air. After contacting them and UPS multiple times I still have no package or a refund. UPS closed the claim as lost and informed me that the shipper has to contact them for claim information. I’ve called Medify Air to provide this information and can’t get any help. At this point, I feel like 295 was stolen from me. All I want is my money back at this point. This was a terrible customer experience and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from this company. UPDATE: After filing a complaint through the BBB, I finally received a response from Medify Air and received a refund on 11/22/2020. I hate that it had to come to this point. But I’m happy to have the issue resolved.

I ordered an paid immediately for a MA-25 for my daughter in the Bay Area. Product was listed as 'in stock' with a ship date of 1-3 days. Did not see any movement towards delivery, so engaged in nearly 15 emails back and forth with your customer service team, Drew, Joanne, etc. After nearly a week with no response to email, finally heard from Drew, who responded that the team had 'missed seeing' my email. In frustration I called customer service and spoke to Phil who stated that my order would ship from your LA county warehouse and arrive at my daughter's in Oakland on Friday, Sept 25. This has NOT HAPPENED. Numerous other emails betwixt Drew and Joanne and myself. Still No delivery. UPS notification that shipping label created on 9/23. Still no movement. Called customer service again on 9/29, spoke to Lori, who tried to claim that 'we have just received a shipment of units' and they will be shipping out in 2 days. I explained to her that product was listed as 'in stock' when I ordered and paid, and I had been fed the 2 days line already. Called customer service 9/29, and again reached Phil, asking him to check on my order. He stated that 'due to CA fires, shipping was running behind'. This is another blatant lie; UPS lists the zip codes of impacted areas, and there is no slowdown in LA county nor Oakland. Asked to speak with a Manager to try and air my concerns; Phil unable to connect me directly. NO Callback. I am embarrassed for you and the way you do business. It lacks integrity, honesty, and just basic good manners. You should be ashamed.

I wished I would of read these reviews before ordering. Prior to ordering all you can find are stellar reviews about their purifier. After ordering, you will receive an email stating that due to what ever bs we want to use, even though it says we have stock on our website, you will still have to wait 10-14 days before the item is ready to be shipped and factor the 5-7 days they quote for the actual shipping and should receive in about 3-4 weeks span. If you need it right away, if there’s a fire going on in your state, go somewhere local. Do NOT order from them. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! It’s been 6 days since I’ve ordered and just today I received another email stating my order is delayed. I’m in California. There’s fires all over the place. If you can not deliver your product in the timely manner, you should state clearly on your website to expect 3-4 weeks delay not a few days. Great choice of words!
