These guys helped me through a bad situitation Weekend before Christmas my stove broke down and they delivered a new stove same day sat afternoon at 4:00 Thank Mediterranean !!

DO NOT BUY NOTHING HERE Please save your self if your thinking of buying anything from this store. ORDERED A MACHINE OVER A MONTH AGO AND WAS PROMISED IT IN A WEEK TWO WEEKS TOPS TWO WEEKS CAME STILL DIDN'T HEAR FROM SALES REPRESENTATIVE CALLED MYSELF AND HE GAVE ME ANOTHER WEEK WAIT. THE WEEKS PAST AND I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS GIVEN THE ONLY RUN AROUND KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO ONLY GET BACK ON THE PHONE TO SAY THEY DO NOT WANT TO COMPLETE MY ORDER ANYMORE. THEY TRIED TO BLAME THE MANUFACTURE SAYING IT DIDN'T SHIP THE PRODUCT DUE TO COVID 19 WHEN I CONTACT THE MANUFACTURE THEY STATED THAT THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THAT EQUIPMENT IN STOCK NOR DO THEY SELL IT IN THEY STORES. SO APPARENTLY THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS NEVER ORDERED BY THE COMPANY. SO FOR A MONTH THE COMPANY BEEN TRYING FIND A MACHINE THAT I ORDERED WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THEY CANT FIND IT. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A IN STORE PURCHASE . STARTING TO ASSUME THE STORE ONLY TOOK MY MONEY TO PAY RENT KNOWING THEY COULD NOT FIND THE ITEM I PURCHASED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
