Very professional group of folks, who actually advise based on needs instead of nice to have. We serviced a non Acura vehicle and they were able to get the necessary parts in less than 24hr. Nice/clean facility. Definitely will be back for future needs.

I went down to Acura of Melbourne in the beginning of February to look at the new 2022 MDX & decided to order 1 for my wife, it did take about 4-5 weeks to come in but it was worth the wait!!! My wife is so happy with it!.. everyone was extremely helpful, from are sales man ( Tom H. ) to the manager up to the financial part!!! While we were waiting for the paperwork to be finalized Tom took us around to the service center parts introduced us to employees everyone seem extremely happy and they seem to enjoy their job and was very helpful answering questions... if anyone is in the market for a new car I would recommend them.... thank you Acura Melbourne for making buying a car painless LOL!!!

Great customer service. The only problem I had was the fact that I went for a routine B1 service and I left with my AC not working. When I brought the car back, I was charged 100 to find out why the AC was not working. I was told that it was gonna cost me 1,500 to fix the AC when it was working fine before I brought the car in.
