Loved the food here on every visit. Great vegetarian options with authentic Indian flavours! Prices are a bit high but the quantity is pretty good. Garlic Naan was super fluffy and delicious. Curries are a treat to spice lovers. Its a must try Indian restaurant in Melbourne.

The food at the Taste of India is consistent. It's soulful. It's delicious every. single. time. Highly recommended. It doesn't get better than this.
Very cute and pretty interior which creates a nice atmosphere. The food is quite delicious if a bit more spicy than I'm used to with similar dishes. That's not exactly a bad thing, I just wasn't prepared for it. Overall a very tasty and pleasant lunch dining experience.
This is a place my boyfriend and I wanted to try for a while. We honestly weren't sure what to expect, we just thought it was a lunch buffet. When we went though, we were sat at a table and we ordered off the menu. I believe we both ordered the butter chicken the first time and it was fantastic! We've been there two more times and the food was really good. I tried the chicken lollipops which I thought were so unique and delicious! I plan on going back to try more of their food, but not only that but the service is very nice. The only issue that might come to mind is it does take the kitchen a bit to bring the food out. Not really an issue for me once I get the food though, it's worth it in my book.
India isn't my favorite food, BUT Taste of India makes it work. Very tasty. You can get it hot of you want (I do). Good value. Good service. We'll be back.
