Dan Higgins delivered BIG time. I ordered, by text, a 1/4 cord of firewood on a Thursday and it was delivered and stacked on my patio on Saturday. A two day turn-around. Amazing! The firewood was cured too and burns just fine. Thanks again Dan, I will be back again.

Just got our delivery today. Dan is Awesome. Great service and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Great price. Super fast service, overall a great experience. The pile was neater before I took some wood off and loaded up my smoker. He did a great job stacking.
I live about 2 minutes from Randy's firewood on 380 but had a bad experience and wanted to try another local firewood place. Came here (which I think is also a local produce store) and had a great experience. The owner and his daughter helped me load up, very friendly and quick service. And the prices are better than Randy's for oak, same for pinion (I got a stack of each). If I had to choose, I'd drive further to come here (about 15 minutes away). I don't have anything I could complain about, it was reasonably priced, quick and everyone was friendly. Maybe get a bigger sign that says Firewood, I'm fairly familiar with hwy 5 and I figured I knew where it was but the exact driveway I passed the first time, had to double back
Zero communication from Dan Higgins. I placed order via text message per Dan Higgins request. He provided pricing with zero details regarding when he would be able to deliver. I waited 4 days and sent him another text to get details on possible delivery date. No response. I sent another text the following day and asked for details or for him to let me know if he was no longer interested in my business. He finally replied letting me know they are 7-10 days out and I could take my business elsewhere. So, if you like zero communication and zero accountability from a seller then Dan Higgins is the perfect guy for you to hand your money to. I’ll pass on the other hand. Only need clear communication to keep me as a customer.
