Bought a snowmobile from Boomerang a couple months ago and the process was anything but enjoyable. From the start the sale person admittedly knew nothing about snowmobiles. His sale pitch to me was literally, “there it is, do you want it.” I had driven 2 hours and luckily the condition checked out so I went ahead with the purchase. I ordered a few accessories for the snowmobile, turns out the wrong parts were ordered which delayed pickup. When it was time to finally pick up I drove 2 hours and after hearing about the wonderful multi point dealer inspection the snowmobile would not start because the battery was dead. They grabbed a “new” battery out of the back and I was told to give it a little charge when I got it back home. The battery would not hold a charge because it was old so I contacted the dealership again. I was then sent a new battery but they sent the wrong size battery that would not fit on my model. I contacted the dealership again, after a week with no response I went out and bought my own to fix the issue. I then emailed the dealership again to ask for reimbursement for the battery and was told since I went out and bought my own I am responsible for it. After complaining enough about that the owner called and ensured they would “take care” of me. I asked repeatedly how I would be compensated for the battery but all they cared about was how they were going to get the wrong sized battery back to them. I gave them every chance to make this right but clearly they care more about the 100 then making it right for the customer and repeat customers/referrals. Will not be back and would recommend staying away if you care about customer service.

Top notch run into problems on a Saturday they got me in right away even being winterizing season!!! All the guys were awesome I'll drive the half hour to come here from now on.

What awesome service from the sales manager, salesman, down to the mechanic in Alexandria. I highly recommend Jim! Couldn’t ask for more friendlier service then that. We purchased a 2019 Crestliner Fish Hawk SE from them and they know their stuff. They loved our boat as much as we did. Can’t ask for better service than that!
