To be honest, I went there with great expectations. I had been doing a research and I used to find them really nice \Online\. I visited Melrose, knowing that Medford was going to open soon and there was an opening for 2 days because they told me that they will look same and one represantative from Medford would be there. Anyways everything was well about school but I did not consider how their behaviour to parents. I will be in vacation so I was planning to enroll my 9 month to be on October and they told me that they have to put me into waitlist because opening is on September. Well okay! I was not even aware that being put into waitlist cost 75 usd. Anyways, everything for children right.it was for Medford and I agreed and signed the papers put the card number etc. There is one problem. When there is no physical card transaction, my bank usually denies it. So I told them to give me a call if so, so I would bring a cheque. Well I don't know if they tried or what but they must have entered some info on their system 2 weeks later, I receive an email saying that unfortunately they can not accept us for Mellrose but, I am free to stop by for being put into waitlist. Hello I did not even ask for Melrose. I already asked for waitlist in Medford and then I realised not even any transaction have been tried neither did I receive a call. To be honest I was relieved a little because there were working families there doing a visit and they were around them with all smiling faces. I told them that I was a stay at home mom, only asking my son to learn things from professionals that i can not teach so I was looking for part time education. Well apparently I am stay at home mom and I am not good enough for your school. Feel discriminated. Hope this message helps someone other than working families
