He responded to the service call promptly, he assessed the situation, and he repaired my equipment. I am so glad that he was knowledgeable about his job and that he came prepared to do it. Additionally, he made sure the equipment was functioning properly before he departed the premises. Lee saved my day; and I was able to continue processing payroll.
