They clearly do not seem to know what they are doing. How is it somehow more safe to eat at a table that is under 6 feet from other people, but its not safe to eat at a bar that is 10 feet away from people? The policies they roll out make little sense and the application of them across the broad spectrum of restaurants is dumb given the myriad of different layouts. The bar is often the best place to be socially distant in many restaurants I go to, but now I am being forced to sit at a table MUCH closer that I feel comfortable.

Called them 12/29 while sitting in a line for a COVID-19 jab a friend told me about. Wanted to know if I was truly eligible. The lady answering their phone had NO IDEA, other than vaccine was being done at Lindenwood Church. No info on hours, would they be there tomorrow, who/what group could get the vaccine (since my friend was in the same group as me.). Asked her to p,ease transfer me to someone who DID have info. I was sent to voicemail never-never-land, and never heard back, even days later. After 90 minutes, found it was only for First Responders and Health Care Employees with IDs. Dear Health Dept, sorry you didnt know about pandemic sooner, and still no info on your website. Even some posterboard and markers would have helped inform the long line of cars tying up traffic who were eventually turned away. There must be a better way. Still nothing on your website today, 1/1.
Clearly No Training. It cost nothing to smile n give great customer service. This location need proper training.
Horrible service. Matter of fact, no service at all. Department of vital records was closed on a business day for no apparent reason. Her only response was to come back tomorrow with no regard for a person's time or gas. I was notified that the head director Ms.Shavonna Oliver made the decision to close the department today. So unprofessional and it is very inconvenient for others. I personally caught an uber from east Memphis and I called beforehand to only be dismissed so rudely.
The Health dept in Memphis TN on Jefferson does not really care about the impact of people's issues Lunch time should be taken way before 3pm for all employees. This is ludicrous to stand here in line for long periods just for vital records to issue a birth certificate won't give these fools no more stars
