Even tho there’s no dog park so neighbors dogs just roam around I still like it . Up to date trailers just enough space for me and my son and dog. Ronnie will get you taken care of .

The much needed total retrofitting of the entire mobile home park has returned this gated community to its former glory ..... though it has ample open acreage playground equipment is sorely lacking.
Love how this place has been improved. Current owner purchased it at the end of 2014 and has updated the property to include new utilities at each rental pad, a gate around the property, a central office (that residents can use for gatherings) and new mobile homes that can be rented or purchased. Great way to work on improving Memphis, by improving one property at a time. Wish more people invested in property improvements like this.
