Used to love shopping here for our remodeling needs. That is, up until we had to wait and wait and wait for our 11% rebate. We are still waiting all these months later, and now we are told we may not get it. Not a good way to treat loyal customers. Time to spend our hard earned money elsewhere! Very disappointed!

It’s my favorite hardware store. Before their remodeling I would have given them 5 stars. They moved pretty much everything outside now. I used to like being able to get lumber inside. And now it takes forever to find things. Also they used to be big on made in USA but not no more. Tools used to be USA . Nails used to be USA. Now it’s all China. I’m big on USA made. Now I have to resort to online retailers to get a lot of things. Oh and they say if there is ever more than 2 people in line, they will open another register. What a joke!!! The last time I was there I waited 35 minutes in line. There was only 1 line open.

This offs the best Menards within 130 mile radius. Super helpful staff are always happy to assist you. I especially like the building department staff. Refreshing that they actually know what their selling as opposed to the blank look I get at other big box stores. Plus they always have what i need, and I spent alot of money at that store. Alot!

Very friendly staff. Clean store. Pretty much what I would expect from a hardware chain. Funny story though; I asked a lady about some 3-in-One oil and while she had never heard of it, she was still able to direct me to the correct area it was in.
