Absolutely HORRIBLE, ARROGANT, and RUDE STAFF. I called to ask about services for a child and got the worse experience ever. During the conversation, after I called her out on her behavior, the \secretary\ had the nerve to say \I deals with people of varies social-economic backgrounds so I needs to speak slowly .\ When I asked what does someone's social-economic status have to do being polite, she then said \they don't understand what I'm saying so I have to speak slowly.\ And then she proceeded to let me know that after she gathers information (insurance info before the issue), the doctor would review and decide if he wants to see the child. So, I decided to let her know about the Internet and the options we had to find a practice where good customer experience matters. I so wish doctors would get the right staff in their front office.

Sacher was awful. She was rude to me and my son and after we drove an hour to get there and leaving at 7 in the morning. She asked if I wanted to reschedule because I had my breakfast with me and wouldn't allow us to eat in her office. She also said, \I didn't know you were bringing HIM\ and looked down at my son. We just left. I didn't even make it into the session. I saw another client crying and storm out of her session as I arrived. Worst experience with a \therapist\ I've ever had. Do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could. I called and complained to the receptionist and she just defended this woman and her rudeness.

HORRIBLE AND RUDE STAFF AND DIRECTOR!! Tried to set up and initial appointment and they were not helpful at all, if I could have chosen 0 stars I would have. The way they treated me on the phone it was like my life did not matter. DO NOT GO HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH HELP!
