Honestly I’d like to give them negative stars because our experience was so terrible. The worker basically told my nephew that because he’d gone through rehab and relapsed he shouldn’t even bother. When we told her that his parents had died and that’s why he relapsed she laughed and said “and you want to try again?” I have never experienced anything like this at an agency. It was heartbreaking
