Getting a question answered was difficult because the staff had a story session going on. Of course a story is more important than helping a customer. I went to Auto Zone. They took the time to answer a question.

Kevin was extremely helpful. Went in to buy anitfreeze, which we really needed...the temperature was near freezing! He recommended a brand and my boyfriend was in and out in just minutes; however, the cap was difficult to remove in the cold, after dark. Kevin not only opened the cap, but filled the resevoir! What an amazing clerk. Santa, please make sure Kevin is on the ice\ list, and be generous with the gifts. Thanks so much!
