Good shrimp and fish fried to perfection here. Seemed just a tad heavy on the salt, (to me), otherwise perfect. Very friendly staff. Good place to patronize.

The catfish acadian with shrimp etouffee is really good. Frog legs were big. Collard greens were awesome. Alligator bites were very good. CHEDDER POPPERS were the best! The only thing that was \ok\ was the boudin balls, they were a little greasy tasting. Other than that, it was very good food.
I had the lunch blackened catfish Acadiana covered with crawfish etouffee and had a side of red beans and rice. Came with hush puppies and spicy crackers. The food was great and even the lunch proportion was almost too much. This was my first time there and I will definitely be going back! Price is very reasonable for Cajun food and the size of the portions!
This is probably the best cajun place I've tried outside of southern Mississippi. Really good the owner is a great man and all staff is very friendly. Will always recommend it. Me and a couple men from church go every Thursday night. Great place and treat us very well.
I was hungry for shrimp and grits today and came across this place in Texarkana. Never heard of it. It has some pretty harsh reviews as well as good ones. But I think it is excellent. The grits was on point. Not sticky like some places and the shrimp was seasoned just right! The staff was super friendly as well. Goes to show you can't go by some people's negative ratings. I'll be a regular here
