Like most car buying experience’s you somewhat expect to be taken advantage of... This place try’s their best to go above and beyond and really put it to you. Very disappointing when you try to buy locally. If your searching for a reputable place to do business, I’d suggest looking else where.

They are very accommodating. Bart the Sales Manager went above and beyond to help with my needs. The service guys were honest and discouraged me from getting an oil change 5000 miles before my C300 actually needed it. Any other shop would have just took the money and clammed up. Impressive integrity. I will be a MB customer for life after experiencing MB product, service and honesty.

Buyer beware: go elsewhere. Found a vehicle I was very impressed with, we kindly negotiated price for some time and came to an agreement. All was well until I advised them that I had my own financing and approval. Suddenly, the deal fell apart. Mercedes of Marion requests info (including SS#) when locating a pre approval, so they say. After 24 hours and no communication, I call to see when the paperwork will be ready and that’s when I’m told I wasn’t pre approved. I called my bank to confirm that I was, in fact, approved for the amount of the vehicle and my bank even offered to fax a copy of the approval letter to the dealership. I call back to advise the finance manager that there is some mistake on their end. The response: “sorry for the frustration”. I found out today that they did run my credit through other 5 banks, just not the one I was pre approved with. I never gave permission to run my credit and never asked for financing. I think this was an attempt to manipulate the APR and/or maximize profit. Very unethical. On a positive note, they do lie to you with a smile.

Awful place to do business. Very unprofessional and get customers mixed up. Don’t return calls at agreed times and very unprofessionally dressed. These people ran my credit and never received a call back even after multiple attempts. It’s like they are trying to not sell cars. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I bought my wife her car and spent nearly the entire day on a Saturday to get waited on. They told us how important it would be to get the car ceramic coated. They came and picked up the car in Mt.Vernon which was great but when they took the car it was spotless only to bring it back with a chip in the hood to the metal. They said they would repair we agreed to it only for them to do a touch up job instead of properly fixing the car. So I paid a 1000 dollars for them to damage a perfectly new car. Their answer was where it was and.experience was to just touch it up or give me 500 dollars for inconvenience and if I had the work done elsewhere they are not liable how convenient so I guess if you get your car damaged by them it sounds like your out of luck. I don’t think it’s good business on their part and should be fixed or refunded for the ceramic coating or some service vouchers #disgusted....
