I was referred to this company by a real estate lawyer. When I called I was rudely told to go onto the website and fill out an application, once done they would be reaching out to me. I waited roughly a month without any communications except for the original confirmation letter. Since it is Covid times I called them to see if my request had fallen through the cracks. The gentleman on the phone was polite and told me that yes it had indeed fallen through the cracks and that someone would be reaching out to me within the next day. Instead of calling me to inform me that they would not be able to take me on as a client, I received an email from them with a link to the yellow pages informing me to look for another survey company. I will do exactly that. I will also be informing the lawyer that referred me and tell him that he should no longer refer this company to his clients.

Many years ago Meridian did a survey for me - very competently. Recently I needed an electronic copy of this survey, and Randall most kindly researched Meridian's archives until he found my survey, made an electronic copy of it for me and sent it to me. All with no charge. I was very grateful and felt that Meridian really went the extra mile for me.
