The doctor is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. She explains things and when you check out you are given a complete report of the visit. Nothing goes unanswered. I felt she cared about me as a patient.

I received a bill for 280 for co-pay's for allergy injections during the month after I was last seen by this provider's office. I contacted my insurance company to let them know they paid claims that were fraudulent. They contacted the office and told them what was going on. The doctors office contacted me letting me know they would wave all of my co-pay's and we could schedule the injections. I told them I wasn't coming back to their practice because of what they did. They said okay. I just received a new bill from them for 350. They added 2 more co-pay's and stated my account was 60 days past due. What in the world? Nobody gets 10 allergy injections in less than 30 days. Plus there is never a full co-pay due for just an injection. Also, I have had a secondary insurance effective during the month they are billing me for, so I wouldn't even have a co-pay, if they were real charges. I have contacted the insurance company again. Now I will be contacting the state to report fraudulent medical billing by this practice. Don't use this practice. The staff is awesome, friendly and caring, but apparently they don't know the first thing about medical billing. I have worked as a medical biller and they have crossed the line. Very sad day when you can't trust the medical providers. Stay away. Insurance companies need to stay sharp on this practice as well.
