I transferred to the Mesa location after donating in Tempe for months - I found the Mesa location to be friendly, organized, and efficient. I am always in and out in under and hour. The techs are all very competent and friendly. Covid precautions are in place and the center is extremely clean. So far w wry visit has been a positive experience.

Great location to go to new donors make up to 300 in the first month and you can get up to 100 bonus just for referring did I mention they have childcare for free! Along with plugs attached to your beds so you can charge your phone! Come on and make some extra cash and save a life!

Very disappointed in this facility. I have had many instances where it is obvious the phlebotomist is untrained. The last time I went the phlebotomist put the needle in my vein, told me my vein was small, so he switched arms. After I donated I could not move that arm without it hurting and it bruised from my wrist up to my vein and on the backside by my elbow. It’s been two weeks and it is still bruised and hurts when I extend my arm fully out. Unfortunate they don’t have all trained faculty because I enjoyed going and donating plasma.

I love coming here! Since day one of my physical the staff has been so caring and informational. They show tremendous care and concern and always check up on you during the process. They'll never let you leave without first ensuring your feeling ok. Side note LOVE THE MUSIC IN HERE!!!

Will never go here again. If you're in desperate need of money, get all the details you can from them before you do so that you don't run into any issues. Just know you have to eat within 2 hours of donating, which they neglected to mention to me before I got there. It is also not noted in their first time donors info on their app.
