If this is how you'd like your house to look after spending 4000 on \professional\ painters, by all means, hire Certa Pro. The painters showed up late, Sherwin Williams was used even after requesting Dunn Edwards, the place was left a mess..... I could have lived with all of that if the quality was better. This company should be ashamed of their quality of work.
The crew sent by the company took 3 weeks to paint a 2000sqft house. Every room still has missed spots. The 2 man crew were drunk at 7 am and never worked more than 4 hours per day. The company realized the poor quality and service, they sent a new crew to finish the last week. I never got an apology, discount, or professional paint job. 3000 and 3 weeks wasted using this company. Perhaps Co. Didn't know about crew drug problem but they did make it my problem and was not concerned about end product.
I've been using CertaPro for at least 5 years. Jon Harmsen arrived on-time at my home to view the jobsite. I received a detailed quote later in the afternoon. The crew also arrived on time, answered all of our questions, they did a a impeccable job, cleaned up after themselves. The cost of the job was the same price as quoted to us. Everything was perfect and I would not hesitate to use them again.
I am very pleased with the final look if my newly painted exterior! Max (and Eddy) were congenial and professional. Max offered advice when asked and was eager to be accommodating and meet my expectations. I was especially pleased that he was capable and allowed to make some surprise repairs that arose. The clean up and replacing lights and extras was super. I felt comfortable going on with my daily schedule and to come and go as needed. I will feel ok calling for any concerns that may arise, if needed. The cost was competitive and acceptable. I definitely recommend this company and team!
