I have lived at this complex for the last year or so and it has been one of the best living experiences from an apartment complex so far. The management is very nice and always helpful. The manager has helped me with every issue I have had (which aren't very many) in a polite and professional way. The leasing staff is kind and so are the maintenance people. Overall a very positive experience living here, even in the midst of the pandemic, they have been overwhelmingly understanding and helpful. Would recommend living here to any of my friends and even family.

This complex was very well run by the previous management company but about 1 year ago a new company took over and they are all about getting the most money at the cheapest way possible. Ever since it's all about nickle and diming the residents here. First there is a 5.00 fee for both parking and pest control, seriously just include it in the rent. Then they decided that eveyone should be nickel and dimed for community power and trash. Don't tack on tons of fees to keep your rent lower. Then the maintenance at this property is sorely lacking in any decent response time. Most interesting though is that while they try to pretend to be an A level property they leave the gate open during business hours. Again they want to be a top level property but you don't want to pay for the wear and tear on the property. However, it is now 12:50 am on a Sunday morning and the gate is open. Guess management believes business hours are 24/7. Also, there will probably be a bunch of five star reviews coming onto this apartment complex because they are bribing the residents with free stuff for good reviews.
I am a tenant here at Envision and during my term have recently gone through hardship and our associate Jennifer with Envision management has went above and beyond in her efforts to help secure my stay here at Envision. I have always had such a great experience with the team and it really is a peaceful place to live. Thank you Jennifer and the Envision team you truly do care!
I love this community and how clean the grounds are. It is very quiet around our area and the neighbors are nice and friendly. I love the dog park and dog run and that it is close to my apartment. Lived at Envision for the last year. Office staff is helpful and friendly. Every time I deal with the manager she is professional and courteous. Maintenance staff is helpful. Property is cared for. You can see that they care.
