My family has been a long time client with state farm and me personally have been a policy holder for a couple years and I have to say I am very impressed and happy to have insurance through them. I was in a situation I thought I wouldn’t be able to fix but one of the agents there named Kayla was extremely helpful and so nice! She literally went above and beyond to help me with my needs. She didn’t mind staying after hours with me to talk and resolve the issue. You can totally tell that she’s in there to really help and take care of you. Thank you to Kayla Mason with State farm she helped me out with every needs that I needed was great in getting my vehicle refinance, starting business insurance and answered every question that I asked and was very good at explaining everything. And also was good with following up as soon as she found out the information I'm calling back just to make sure. I had an opportunity to go to a different insurance company to pay cheaper but would definitely stay with State farm because they're very good prompts and everything they say they're going to do. I would highly recommend State farm two friends and family. State farm also help me with a total loss that I had on my truck handled everything quick and fast and got me into another vehicle right away.
