I recently had a meeting scheduled that required a number of reports to be printed. I realized as I was printing the day of, that we were out of toner. I called ProCopy and spoke to Beverly. She was awesome. She was able to locate the toner for me and set-up a Will Call and I was able to pick-up the toner and get my reports printed same day. Thank you.

I started using Pro Copy over 13 years ago. Their equipment and service were great. I had that machine for 8 years before I was led astray by a slick sales person from another copy machine company. It quickly went from great service and a great machine to a crummy machine coupled with crummy service. On top of that, an un-escapable contact. The day my lease was up, back to Pro Copy I went. Blake Pellegrini thoroughly answered my every question, helped me jump through the escape hoops with the “other” copy machine company. Thanks Blake and Pro Copy!! Dave
