I have had multiple experiences with this firm and they are absolutely fantastic. The thoroughness of the surveys and Engineering knowledge is fantastic compared to many other firms across the valley. This company has built a name for itself in the valley being in business through thick and thin. There’s a big reason they’ve stayed in business for so long. I have heard great things from companies like Porter Brothers, low mountain, capital west, and Okland construction. I recommend this company with absolutely zero hesitation.

STARTED A PHONE INTRO. WITH A REFERRAL FROM HIS WIFE. TOLD HIM I HAVE THREE PROJECTS. SENT HIM INFO ON THE FIRST ON AND EXPLAIN DO TO THE CURRENT OUT BREAK ,WE ARE STEPPING BACK FROM THE OTHER TWO, TILL IT CLEARS UP. CALLED LEFT A MESSAGE BY PHONE TO SOME GAL. EXPLAINED I SENT HIM THE INFO. BY E-MAIL LIKE HE REQUESTED. NO CONTACT BACK SO I CALLED 2 WEEKS LATER LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE . NOW 4 WEEKS LATER CALLED AND I JUST TOLD THE GAL I'LL FIND SOMEBODY ELSE, AND IT WON'T BE SOME FREAK FROM A S U.
I'm a developer from Mn. building both privately and professionally in AZ.. I have worked with engineers and surveyors in many many states over a period of 50 years. Never in all that time have I encountered such disrespect from anyone in the industry. In an effort to simply get information relative to a plat and surveys they completed years ago , I contacted this firm. Rather than providing service through the provision of assistance,they blew me off for three weeks and when I personally took the time and effort to visit them at their \office\ I was told \ we don't have to do nothing\ by Bill himself. You don't want to do business with people like this. I understanding being busy as well as anyone, but such disrespect can never be tolerated. If you are currently doing business with these people, I wish you a better experience than that I encountered, however, I wouldn't count on it.
