Thank you Steve's staff. I just picked my 1973 Honda CB750k back up from the shop for somewhat extensive diagnostics and repairs. As with any old bike the problems can be many and happen anytime for any many number of reason. If you're like me, I do not want to spend all of my money making repairs to the bike, and the bike I own is sentimentally very valuable to me, but I'm also not restoring it, I would say more so maintaining and improving as needed. I came to the shop for the first time about 5-6 years ago. I have had the bike in since then about 3-4 different times for various things. I am TOTALLY happy with ALL of my investments towards the work they do. From start to finish. Here is why...Each time Brian and I talk about the possibly issue, I listen to him, and give him my feedback best I can towards a plan of attack so he knows what I'm on board with. When we agree on that we arrange a drop off time or I just show up and leave the bike. I usually am anxious to get the bike back, but not always in a hurry. Brian calls me with an update and options if anything from our plan of attack needed diagnostics first. If there is anyway to save money, Brian is very fair to bring it to my attention. From there the techs like John and others work and dial it in. I have detailed history of everything done, parts and labor time and materials. I know they have to deal with more than is on paper when its done. The front staff is great to chat with while checking out, and I have been on my happy way a number of times now. I can't say it any simpler than, trust the process here. And congrats to the new owners, All the best in the future - Your people rock! Especially BRIAN! Who is Ryan anyway?

Once in a while you get a firsthand demonstration of real customer service and a commitment to quality work. I brought my Ninja in for a sprocket and chain replacement. The job turned into more work than any of us expected. Did Brian and his service crew take shortcuts? No. Did they try to charge me for the extra unanticipated labor? No. They just did the job and delivered on what they promised. Want to entrust your bike to a team with integrity. Take it to Steve’s. You will not be disappointed.

Had tires, chain, sprockets, fluids replaced on my 2014 street bike. Work was done as specified properly in a timely manner. Small place with a four or five bike stand garage/ service area. Small museum of vintage motorcycles. Brian the service tech advisor was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will be back.

They were fantastic! They worked on my 1800 Goldwing. Their customer service was excellent all the way from Johnny at the front desk to Brian the service manager to Murphy the mechanic. They have gained a loyal customer in me and will be the only shop working on my bike from here on. Great service, great value, great people, great shop.
