We had such a fantastic experience at Tom's Camperland. We bought our Black Series, ordered it back in September. Took a little longer to get due to COVID, but if I had any questions or wanted to check the status, Jason was always available with a quick response. When the trailer came in, we had such a great time picking it up and meeting him, his knowledgeable team, and visiting their amazing showroom for the first time. (since we are not local). Such a great experience! I would definitely recommend Tom's Camperland!

I was trying to decide if I wanted to buy me a new camper. I was advised on a facebook camping group by a satisfied customer to give Tom's Camperland in Mesa a try. I am so glad I did. I was fortunate to talk to a salesman named Terry. I had a million questions to ask about a little camper I had my eye on. Terry was patient with my zillion questions and answered every one of them. By the time I got done asking all my questions I was sold on buying my little camper. Terry also spoke to his manager Allen and they worked out a trade, my present camper as part of my down payment my new little camper. It all worked out wonderfully. Allen and Terry were professional, very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. I highly recommend Tom's Camperland in Mesa if you are considering buying a RV. They are wonderful.to make a deal with.
Allen was my dealer that helped me the entire time. Very quick replies back via email and always kind and professional. When I arrived they took me right back into the showroom and there it was! The one I’ve been waiting for! Sean managed all the paperwork and explained everything about the contract. Eddie was our technician and did a full walk around and ensured everything worked as intended and made sure we understood everything. I’d recommend Tom’s to anyone interested in buying a camper or RV!
We have to thank Jake McCanless at Tom’s for a great buying experience. We casually walked around lot viewing many truck campers. Please know that in preparation we had done our due diligence through many you.tube videos. From the Angela at front reception area to Sean in finance to Adan for walk through. All polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks Jake and team.
I have been looking for a camper for a bit and finally settled on a make an model that I wanted, so I contacted Allen at Tom's and he quickly called me to get an idea of what I was looking for. Via email he was able to quickly give me a fair price on a camper along with an estimated date of delivery (campers are hard to come by during the pandemic). After a some additional research, I decide the model I selected was not quite right for me. I contacted Allen again and he quickly let me known that he would rather me be happy than make that sale and would work to make sure I got the camper I wanted. I wish Tom's sold cars.. it would make the experience a lot easier. It is refreshing to find an honest company like Tom's that provides exceptional service. One last note.. while researching campers I found a number of posts from people all of the country that had driven to Tom's to pick up their camper. It's nice to know we have a business like this in AZ.
