Was pleased with the appointment. Will be glad when in person appointments will be possible. As an older patient it seems I can’t remember what I would like to ask about until after the call is completed. This is not negative about Trevor, it is just a concern I have. Trevor is excellent.

Valley Pain Consultants has wonderful providers and front and back office staff. They are compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. They take the time that you need and answer all your questions. They work out a plan that is suitable just for you. The patients are the top priority of all the staff. All of the staff and providers have treated me with respect and dignity. Sean has been a helpful and patient provider. I highly recommend Sean.

I have had good experiences with the Doctor here but with the staff it has been awful. I was accused previously of providing other urine to cheat my urine screen. I am smart enough to know everyone has a unique combination of medications and mine will be different than anyone else. So when I found out they were dropping me as a patient with no explanation as to why, then to find out from my primary care the reason why my pain Dr. dropped me was embarrassing and traumatizing. I spent my own money fighting it, getting hair follicle drug tested just to prove I had nothing to hide. Needless to say they took me back never finding the cause or person responsible for what they put me through. Fast forward to today. I was told to come in for my urine test. I sat there for 45 min waiting watching people come in after me getting there urine screens and leaving. I finally went up to the receptionist to ask how much longer it would, she never apologized, gave me attitude and said \ill have it for you in a minute\. After my urine was placed in the container I opened the door to place it in and to my surprise there were three more samples sitting there. I refused to leave until they collected my sample. I just got more attitude from the schedular until I heard the door close indicating they took the samples. Now my surprise in this is the office manager told me, after I accused someone of switching the original sample that \they take the samples immediately so no one would have had access to my sample\, so it was surprising based on her accusation of me that they had multiple samples i the cabinet when I placed mine in there today. The accusations and treatment today have made me reconsider where I want to be seen. Its unfortunate because I really like my doctor.

I’ve been going to VPC since 2018 and I always get the best treatment. The staff is very sweet and helpful. My NP, Sean is very sweet as well. I’m listened to by him and I feel that he gets me.
