Wow! I cannot believe the way this unexpected experience came to be. First off as many of you know Texas turned into Alaska this week prompting many social media users to cleverly declare us DallASKA for the week. I was not expecting this winter storm to be as severe as it was at all and so I thought I would have a tuxedo selected and ready for me before the end’s week (Friday / Tomorrow). Mother nature had other plans. On Wednesday I had went online and setup an appointment for Thursday hoping for the best. Alex called to confirm the appointment and said he was actually in store that same day and encouraged me to come in if I could and needed. I most definitely needed to! I was panicking as it was to be a procrastinator in nature and always expecting the best. I came in and Alex was so warm and inviting! I honestly could not believe he was available to help me out, it was so unexpected! Most times in occurrences where an employee or team member had to show up in unprecedented scenarios it’s almost always with frustration. Alex was the opposite! He was so pleasant and eager to help! He got me fitted for my suite and found the appropriate sizes / measurements for me (another lucky turn out!) I am so appreciative of how professional and accommodating Alex was in a moment I needed someone like him available! This is definitely going in the books for one of my most pleasant experiences! Outstanding customer service Alex, keep up the great work and please give this man a raise!!!

I highly recommend this location. Destiny helped me out and she’s awesome y’all. We both agree there should be a size giant since I’m 6’5” to replace the boring L or XL lol. She double checked and triple checked all the sizes and was extremely helpful in figuring out what sizes I actually needed. Very quick and efficient. She was a joy to carry a conversation with which added to the experience. Overall, if I need any formal wear again, I will definitely be coming back here thanks to her.
It's great to see Alex still running this store for the past few years. I've always come here for black tie events and Alex has always taken care of me. I know I can always trust Alex to do an amazing job and make me look dapper.
