Food was great but service was TERRIBLE. Went on a UFC night was there from 5pm to almost midnight. Saw our waitress maybe 6 times. Sat at the table for over an hour with no drinks. Wait staff is screaming at everyone to wear mask but they have theirs on their chins. Rude and unprofessional. I would highly suggest ordering to go.

Your company SHOULD BE ASHAMED of your store in Mesquite Tx !!!! I waited an hour and 30 mins and still NEVER received my food. Was lied to several times! Stating my food was up next. Extremely unorganized behind the counter!!! No refund or drink or anything was offered!!! Worst experience ever. Several others canceled their orders. I encourage customers to AVOID this place !!!!!
We went on a Saturday night it was getting a bit busy, we were seated immediately. Our server was okay but we didn't know and we weren't told that you have to scan a code on the table to see the menu(just a heads up). It didn't matter to us since we always get the same thing, but I guess they changed some items on the menu since our ultimate nachos came without the chili. Our food was a bit cold as well, maybe our server had too many tables, but we'll go again and I'll give another update when we do. Hopefully it'll be better next time...
It wasn't a good experience. Service was delayed from start till end. No one came to take our order for at least 10 min. Finally when order was taken for drinks they still forgot to give menu , to place main course order. Then further delay in food and nobody came in between to ask if we needed anything else and finally when we finished dinner ,again it was at least 15 min delay just to take payment.
Hadn't been in quite awhile so decided to try it. They seated us and right away I could smell a mustiness in our area. The waitress was good but getting our food took forever. The onion rings are really good but I can see why there is never a crowd at the BWW in Mesquite TX. Pick it up guys or you won't have any customers coming in.
