My father had an appointment at this facility and the customer service from the front desk was by far one of the worst in the healthcare industry. They were condescending given that my dad has a strong accent. This company could use some culturally competent training. Don't waste your time here, clearly staff isn't happy with their jobs and it reflects in their manner.

Admin staff is extremely disorganized; the right hand does not know what the left is doing. Took them weeks to schedule a follow up appointment and I had to be the one to repeatedly call back and try to schedule my appointment. The office just forgets you are a patient and it's up to to call and follow up. They do not have a good process in place and the patient is left to suffer the consequences.. You will never see the doctor, only an incompetent nurse practitioner who has no interest in really helping you. Their endgame is to make you dependent on a CPAP machine. I am 28 years old and I will NOT be dependent on a CPAP machine for the rest of my life. WHAT THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS MACHINE: Over time your body will grow dependent on sleeping with the machine. If for some reason you do NOT have your sleeping machine for a night, YOU COULD DIE. I know a project manager from work who was out on a job and forgot his CPAP machine and HE DIED IN HIS SLEEP. People need to be made aware of the consequences of becoming dependent on such a machine and I think this speaks volumes about the lack of care and empathy this office shows its patients. Bottom Line: STAY AWAY FROM \DR\ KAYAS OFFICE.

I went to this facility for over two years where the performed breathing tests. On a second opinion I found out that I'm 4th stage cancer. I felt going to Sleeptrends was nothing but a waste of time and money for me and my insurance company. What a scam!
