All of the other reviews on here are inaccurate on some level. Dr. Caesar is a treasure and if you need a compassionate provider I suggest you see her. The other reviews are about the front desk, Maybe you should find someway to be less crazy at the front desk. Give this place a shot.

After suffering with PPD and anxiety i was recommenced to dr sumner by a friend. I’m so glad and grateful for him. I’ve never waited longer than 10 mins in the waiting area. Every appointment I’ve had he sits and listens to me and offers advice towards lifestyle changes. This is the first time I’ve been on meds that work for me and i haven’t felt better in years. I highly recommend.
If you want the best then you go to the best!! They have helped me so much!!! People seem to talk really bad about the staff! I don't understand?? I've been with them for going on 6 years! No problems!! Don't abuse your meds and you want have any problems!!!!! The negative reviews is probably 90% of people trying to \Seek\ then people trying to get better!! My doctor is a Angel! And the staff bends over backwards to help with all issues
Psychologists who accept health insurance in the New Orleans area are few and far between. This place has on ly ONE Psychologist. ONE. Although he s not bad, getting an appointment is rediculously difficult. It seems this is all about filling every billable hour for the one psychologist. I repeat, the only ONE psychologist they have sin't bad, not great. Their motto should be We Fill Dr. Davis's Billable Hours
What you should know before considering going here: The reviews seem to all be the same, and this one is no different. Today I was VERBALLY ABUSED by the staff at the front desk. I have been going here for years and knew the staff was rude, but today the lady I checked in with this morning was angry and highly confrontational with the people in front of me and myself. She may have been frustrated because she made several mistakes on my file such as insisting there was no such zip code as 70006 and that I didn't have insurance (again, wrong, been going there for years- with insurance) As I went in to see the doc I could literally hear her cackling about me and my insurance through the wall that separated us! I was shocked at how mean spirited and hurtful people could be especially in a psychiatrist office. Again, read the other reviews. Dr. Rynning witnessed the whole thing and told me he couldn't do anything about the staff but that I could go somewhere else. Thanks doc, you can go somewhere else too!
