Absolute trash. Prepare to take two hours to get from one end of the city to the other. Many routes only come every half hour or hour. Many routes have been eliminated. Only the absolute dregs of society ride the bus in Madison, besides UW employees who are forced to. Around half of riders don't wear masks. The drivers won't enforce. Busses often come early and don't wait. Transferring busses is a nightmare as the schedule appears to only be a theory.

BRING YOUR CHILDREN! THERE'S THINGS TO PLAY WITH EVERYWHERE! The lady at the desk refused to get a pic with my kids though or sign my T shirt. She just kept screaming \this is a place of business!\ And \you can't be in here. This is my personal office!\. After about 20 minutes of her nonsense, her manager showed up. He must've just come from A costume party, because his shirt said 'police' on the back. He put me in cuffs and escorted me out. I've never been so embarrassed in my life! Rich people can harass Mickey Mouse at Disney Land but us 'less fortunates' can't show equivalent excitement for someone that literally helps to make my day easier by doing their job? [Metro transit is A HUGE help when you don't have car]
