I ordered a diaper bag worth nearly 200. My package was stolen. After contacting both the store and UPS I was told that a claim should be open by store. 8 days passed with no updates from the store. After contacting them they informed that they will be not reimbursing or sending a new one as item was marked as delivered. This was not what my husband was told when he called them initially. I called UPS and was told the store opened the wrong claim. I reached out to the store again to no avail. This is the worst experience that I had shopping online. It was an expensive item and times are tough right now. Do not buy from this store! I should have trusted the reviews.

Only giving 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. They sent my package to the wrong address! They have been terrible with communication and are NOT honest. Don't waste your time with this terrible company.

Terrible service. Sneaky company. Ordered a 200 plus suitcase via Amazon for a 2 day delivery. Instead, got a complimentary neck pillow, telling me my order is on the way. Emailed them, no one on line, no reply nada. Of course according to Amazon, my order has been delivered. Do not use! It seems that their tactic is to deceive customers by shipping the wrong order.
