I called to reschedule my phone interview due to a scheduling conflict. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. My case manager made time to assist me right away so that I would not have to reschedule and cause further delays.

Child support enforcement is a joke. They take money, tell you that they're not taking it and you cant do ANYTHING about it. Eventually, months sometimes years later, they tell you oh btw we did take money and if you happen to see this letter you might get it back. I'm over it.

Spent over 2 1/2 hours trying to get ahold of someone. The first 1 1/2 hours was on hold with a record message, the next hour was with the phone ringing. After the first hour and a half I used a second phone to call as well and on that line I got the hold message for like a minute before it switched over to ringing for the next 30 minutes. I have been at this now almost 3 hours on two phones at the same time and cannot get anyone to answer the phone.

Never send out messages of when phone interviews will occur, and always schedule them at 8AM when most people are still asleep. Never accept call-backs or phone messages. At least the ladies at the front desk are kind.
