Great food but extremely frustrating to order the most simple item. The language barrier is very hard to get around and they don't make much of an effort to adjust to English or hire fluent speakers. They do not answer the phone consistently and provide little help and poor customer service.

My wife and I have loved coming here for many years. In the last few months almost every trip there is an item on our receipt that isn't in the bag, or an item will be added to ours that someone did not want and left on the counter. It's just so often now it feels it's being done on purpose. We have had to return to the store to fight them multiple times. Often it's the first item they key in on the receipt. Today again we stopped and I find when I get home that they charged me for a large container of juice that was not even in my cart or on the counter. Place has really gone down hill, seems like a scam.
The restaurant in the back is nasty. You would think they would use good quality meat since they are inside a butcher shop. I believe they use the oldest, cheapest, meat they are left with and couldn't sell. Do not eat here!
Largest selection of mexican products I've seen so far, the tamales are good, and they stock the best tortilla brands, the restaurant in the back is just ok though
The cashier's are very nice and you could almost always find a little extra

Have authentic Mexican food on the cheap and catch up on the Spanish language soap operas at the same time. After you eat pick up a pound of chicharron de puerco for me. 2 Carne asada tacos with a negra modelo beer: 6
Buy or just have a seat and enjoy a meal.
