Raul and his team were fantastic! I've had issues with water damage in my walls in the past, actually did file a claim on it several years ago, but my insurance company wouldn't pay, saying they \could not find concrete evidence of the damage\. This year I noticed what I believed to be a new leak, but this time I went through Alconero first. Best decision, they came in and documented the damage, and by the time the insurance company came to assess, Raul was waiting for them with comprehensive records of everything. They couldn't refuse, I got a comfortable settlement.

When I moved down here I heard that it’s humid in Miami, but wow. By the end of my first year in our new home I found a huge mold infestation in my upstairs bathroom. Not pleasant. 1. Our house may not have been completely destroyed in Irma last year, but the winds did a number on our roof tile. With all the insanity of putting a normal life back together in the wake of a major hurricane, it was a huge relief to have Alconero on our side.
