I needed an emergency suitcase repair while traveling between cruises and had only a few hours to get the repair. Bagmaster came through with flying colors and squeezed me in to make the repairs — while I waited. The customer service was the best ever and Carolina was exceptional in helping us out and getting us on our way. They also have a tremendous selection of new luggage items and were super knowledgeable about their products. Can’t say enough about this place. Highly recommend!!!!

I took a pair of Samonite suitcases that were purchased last of a year ago with defective locks. Mayra told me that they would try to replace those locks but probably Samsonite would send me new ones. She call me to confirm this ,one hour later, and after 5 days I got brand new suitcases even delivered to my house. This is not the first time Bagmaster Aventura does an excellent Job.
