Reservation time was not honored even though they called and confirmed with us a day in advance...30 minute wait past reservation time. Food was excellent but service was nonchalant. We had to flag down our server every time we needed something. Drinks we ordered were never served and then we were charged for them when the bill arrived. We were told a drink we ordered was not available although others that arrived with us were able to order and receive it. We were told this after we asked where our drinks were 30 minutes into dinner. It took 10 minutes for them to correct the bill. Frustrated because we waited 15 minutes for the check to come before the 10 minutes to correct the bill. We expected better.

I would like to take a picture as it's full. However i was fall in love with the drink. The food was so delicious as always and Carlos was super nice, super friendly server. The manager was always coming to check on us. Thank you guys! All of your locations are great!
Ordered some takeout food today at this place for the second time. My first takeout was small and I thought this piece cannot weight 1 pound. Today when I got home I decided to weight before eating and I was right: my supposed 2 pounds of skirt steak came as 1.674 pounds. So I decide to call and to my surprise the manager was speaking with an attitude while giving non excuses saying that piece was weighing more than 2 pounds before cooked and I was like I don’t care about raw meat, I’m buying cooked meat, if I wanted raw meat I should have gone to a market. It’s sad that covid ruined their way of doing business, but maybe they should rethink if their new “business practice” will serve well their brand. NEVER AGAIN.
It was absolutely amazing. Very professional and courteous team and service was excellent. It is slightly on the pricey side but it was worth it and will definitely go again. In terms of their cleaning protocols, each table and chair is sanitized after each guest and the table cloth is changed. Face masks are required to be worn once you leave your table / circle. The distance between tables were also sufficient to maintain a social distance from other families or guests. The buffet was well presented and the food replenished very quickly. The proteins are served to your table which made the experience quite unique and the servers continually appeared with the meats ready to serve. Essentially they were quick to anticipate your needs and fulfill in a very efficient manner.
