Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this property due to travel complications. While it seems like it would be a great stay, we will never be staying there due to them not honoring our cancellation. We tried to cancel within 24 hours within booking and had even paid for the travel insurance through Expedia, but they refused to cancel and we were charged nearly 300 for a stay tht we didn't use. We plan on rescheduling our trip to Miami within the next few months, and we will not even consider staying here. Of anyone is looking for a hotel that is reasonable and understanding, I do not recommend the Harding Miami Beach Apartments! I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled!

My elderly parents stayed at Harding Miami Beach Apartments for a super long stay of 5 months from February 2020 to end of June 2020. The Covid-19 Pandemia had forced them to extend their original stay (2 months) to the maximum allowed by Immigration at that time. We appreciated the availability and resolution of the assignment of the best possible apartment (large, comfortable, quiet, clean and with adequate refrigerator to face Miami lockdown), which has eased the discomfort for the external situation (flights canceled, lockdown, forced stay, etc.) We could never thank enough the great attitude of Maritza and Roberto, they have been very helpful during my parents stay, understanding and with a special care for them. Also the timing interventions on routine things (coins for laundry, bulb change, air conditioning maintenance, etc.) was perfect. Overall rating: very positive, to recommend to friends and relatives.
We were scheduled to stay with them then THEY canceled and refused to give us a refund! Basically stole from us.
It's my 3rd stay at the Harding Miami beach apartments in a different rooms each time and you can't have a better value for your money. Clean rooms and super location. 5 min from the beach. That's what I'm looking for when on vacation and that's what I get here. All the services at walking distance plus a small theater nearby. The place is well managed by Marixta who knows the importance of customer service and is a very nice woman. Very quick to answer questions. Enjoy my stay every time! I will return.
We came for the Superbowl and the location and room was excellent. Walking distance to the beach and bars. Good parking also.
I just want to warn you to never use this dishonest hotel owner's services in your life. We had a reservation in this hotel and were charged 100 in advance. Due to personal reasons, we needed to cancel our trip to Miami and asked the owner to refund this amount according to the policy he posted on Booking com. Not only did we give him the receipt confirming that we'd been charged earlier, but we even gave him our bank statement to state that money wasn't refunded. However, he rudely ignored all our messages without any communication or explanation. I'm really disappointed with my experience, I was never treated so badly before.
Best place on a beach area worldwide. Far away from the touristic attractions, two blocks from the beach. Clean, private, in a safe local area. I loved it!
Okay size room. Apartment complex can use some work. Definitely had to borrow Iron and board. So that was a let down. Its well priced for the area you're in. Its fair for its purpose of staying some where and heading out. Ill recommend it if u just need a place to lay your head
