I loved this place! We reserved for a party of three for a Sunday night at 530 and we’re promptly seated outside with a heat lamp. We had a lovely waitress who was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the prime rib and it was amazing! Delicious oversized sides and wonderful deserts.

We made reservations and when we arrived they said it would still be a 30 minute wait, if someone makes reservations you should honor that time, but understood they could have been busy so we waited. 30 minutes pass by and still haven’t been seated, I then ask how much longer and they again tell me about 25 more minutes. We ended up waiting a hour and a half, to be seated, and this was WITH supposed reservations. Very displeased with the service from host, friendliness and honesty was significantly lacking. Would not recommend and will not be returning unfortunately.

The restaurant is lovely. The reason for the poor review is due to their poor hospitality. I had a reservation at 8:00 pm on the Thursday before Valentine’s Day. I showed up at 8:15. The woman in front of me also had a reservation for 8:00 pm with a party of four. She also showed up 15 minutes late for her reservation. I’m a reasonable enough person to understand that the restaurant will be packed on Valentine’s and the days before. What I’m not understanding is why a party of 4 who also showed up late was seated before me. I wasn’t the happiest, but I was patient enough to wait for about a half hour to be seated. It wasn’t the worst of the worst but the reason for the bad review is due to the fact that when proposed with why we had to wait, the hostess responded with the fact that we were late. When asked why the other party checked in at the same time and had a reservation for the same time, but we were the ones who had to wait we were met with a snooty response. It took for what appeared to be her manager to explain to us that because it’s Valentine’s weekend, it’s harder to sit smaller parties rather than the larger ones. As someone who has worked in the restaurant business I definitely understand that sometimes things get hectic and you deal with it accordingly. I would say train your staff to deal with angry customers better.

I read over 50 reviews, so I was highly skeptical about what my experience would be. We were seated fairly quickly and our server was very nice. Our food did take some time to get to us and I did observe the kitchen putting the food out for waiters to grab, however the food was just sitting there, the longest I observed was 15 minutes. I first ordered wings but upon informing my waiter of my peanut allergy he informed that they would be fried in peanut oil (with the significance of this allergy, I didn't even know restaurants still used P.O). I asked if they had spinach dip and the waiter came out with a bowl of spinach, no chips no bread, just a bowl of spinach. Anyways the food was okay.

I’ve been trying to wrap my head around my experience at this restaurant and have still not fully processed it. My 3 friends and I made Valentine’s Day reservations and were seated an hour after but that was not the problem. Mid dinner, as I dipped a piece of bacon in fondue, a fight broke out where a woman was decked in the face by a male and glass was thrown in my tables direction where shards were splattered near our feet. Terrified during the fight we quickly got up and tried moving as far back as we could. Management did not remove the individuals from the establishment who were fighting but rather spoke to them on opposite sides of the room which therefore caused more agitation, screaming across the restaurant, more fist-fighting and glass breaking. They barely tried breakup up the fights. The woman’s nose seemed broken. You would think a manager or our waiter would have apologized or asked if we were okay as we were in the line of fire. There was ZERO acknowledgment of what had just occurred and the fact our Valentine’s dinner was ruined. Our waiter just asked if we’d like more water. We were still waiting on our main course which took over half a hour to come after the melee. My meal was cold and tasteless. I’ve eaten at this establishment many times and their customer service has always been lacking but this night was unacceptable. Unacceptable does not even begin to describe the establishments response to this incident. It made me realize they do not care for their customers as they know people will come back regardless of service. Truly disheartening and I will not return.
