Great place to live and vacation but absolutely terrible customer service from the front desk. Andrea at front desk is a miserable person and has an attitude if you need anything. With how much HOA people pay to live there you would expect better customer service. If you have an issue with card access or any problems with your apartment prepare to have them not help whatsoever. The pool and amenities are amazing here but the customer service sucks!! Not worth it....

Roney Palace and The 1 Hotel are essentially one in the same (\u003c- see what I did there?) Anyways, considering that South Beach overall is beautiful - it is the details that really start to set places apart. The pools/pool area is super clean and well kept. The Spartan gym is meticulously clean and has more variety and quality of workout related items then I’ve seen at any other gym before. The valet service is quite effective considering how slammed they get at different times. And as far as I have experienced, all the employees are really cool and interested in helping you out.
Wonderfull place to have a long vacation, I have been there since September 2020 , for a month. The beach is just one of the most beautiful places. Swimmers pool, and another for children and families. It close to the Lincoln av. The main road of Miami beach.
Try calling the office number and get: “this number has a voicemail box that hasn’t been set up yet.” This sums up the professionalism of the staff. The office has no idea what is going on. There is no consistency when it comes to any dealing with them. Front desk is clueless.
Really good location, and the beach is walking distance. Concierge and the staff are always helpful, definitely would recommend to stay here if you find a good deal!
