If you are senior citizen please do not use this city bus tour. We were no able to stay on the lower deck and told to go to the upper level the pouring rain. Lower seats (all 10 of them) were filled with previous riders. I was unable to get a refund because I refused to put my health on the line by riding on the top of a open bus in the pouring rain. Shame on this bus service! They are too cheap to have two busses for the hell of their customers

They overlapped booking on bus tour and everglades tour so we had to choose one, bus driver took 1.5 hour to arrive at everglades and likely we will not make it back for the millionaire boat tour. Several details were not clearly stated on ticket information. Save yourself the money on deluxe tickets and rent a polaris slingshot. Vacation on your terms. Especially disappointing after our excellent experience with big bus tours in philidelphia.

The everglades experience was nice. Loved the airboat. But the service was not good. The lady working at Bayside was super rude and misinformed. And they didn’t have us time to have a bite at the Park.

While in Miami we went on the big bus tour they only have two routes. One route takes you many places and the other route just takes you to Little Havana. Little Havana is nice we ate there and you can walk around see some things but that was it for us. So if you want to take pictures to need to go in the morning before it gets, really hot because for us riding on top of the double decker was better than trying to take pictures from inside the bus. Below are few pictures taken while on the red loop/route.
