My construction business has been operating for 4 years and we've always financed or leased are heavy equipment such as are a John Deere excavator, Bobcat excavator, kubota excavator, Bobcat skid steer loader, John Deere track loader, Mack dump truck, and we've started working with business financial consulting a few years ago and they have really helped our business grow and keep costs low. It's hard to find the best equipment financing deal out there, but these guys will straight up give it to you. From my 20 years as a general contractor in Florida I have never financed any construction equipment, only paid cash.. My son apparently did finance some excavators and backhoes from them and from what I see, this is different from what the other companies are doing.. They have a dedicated account and several other benefits I did not even know existed. I decided to apply for an equipment loan for a used excavator I've been wanting to purchase. I'm happy with the payment and the benefits do make a big difference if you are in business for the long term. I might finance a john deere backhoe in a few months, and they said it's ok, it's good to know when you can upgrade and for how much.. I highly recommend them if you are a contractor in the construction sector that is looking to work with professional companies that specialize in helping your industry, it just makes everything a lot easier from the application process to receiving the approval and closing, they really do offer more than what a dealership or your local bank can and ever will. Luckily, my credit is above 670 so I did qualify for a good payment with them, but even if you have a lower credit score they would still do their best to help you..
