Our salesperson Stephanie Morales was great! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. We drove all the way back from Weston just to purchase from her. She and her manager made the purchase easy and took very good care of us. Just wish they had the items in stock so we didn't have to wait a month for delivery. All in all, I would recommend Stephanie for your next furniture purchase!

Service not on point, but there is good furniture to chose from. Got my self a nice couch.
*Rating is 100% and solely addressing manager, Ricardo Ramos.* This store has always been a great experience. The salesperson that always helps us is Tara. She’s the most wonderful person. Recently we were there and it was not a great experience. While choosing and carrying several items around the store, we set a few items down at Tara’s desk. Another employee—who had seen us set these items on her desk—sold a couple of our items to his costumer. When I approached the manager, he wasted no time in displaying arrogance and lack of costumer care. We overheard the manager questioning the employee who sold our items. This employee was disrespectful and dismissive, which clearly shows the manager is running his store like the Wild, Wild West. Aside from gorgeous furniture, zero ethics and lack of respect toward costumers are also on full display. Don’t leave your items anywhere; it’s a jungle in there.
City furniture employees are very helpful. We very greeted and assisted as soon as we walked through the front door. Definitely recommend.
