Embassy provides extremely poor service. I am doing a favor for someone who has worked with my family for decades. She is 90 years old. She has no relatives in the US. She needs her Mexican passport renewed in order to get her benefits here / travel. No one speaks english at the embassy and they keep hanging up when you ask for an english speaker. Their website for making appointments does not send any emails confirming an account has been set up so I cannot move forward with the appointments. I would have given them zero stars but I could not post this comment without clicking at least 1 star.
