We had a blast, our guide Roger was very knowledgeable and friendly. The show after was awesome as well. We would love to visit again!

Had a great time with the family here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was required to wear masks, which I can appreciate due to the current CoViD pandemic. Our favorite part was the airboat rides and being able to get up close to real live alligators. I would highly this place, it was great to get the kids out of the house to do something different. We will be back for sure.

This was a very nice boat ride. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I was glad to see that all the other customers put their masks on properly before getting into the boat. With the exception of the indoor gift shop, I didn't see a single employee wearing a mask. This is concerning given that there's a pandemic. Our boat was pretty full -- 18 people plus the guide in four rows. I was glad everyone wore their mask properly because it was not possible to social distance on the boat. Especially given the fact that this company is endorsed by the National Park Service, I would've expected the staff to follow the CDC guidelines by wearing a mask when you aren't able to keep a distance of six feet from others. The restrooms were clean, but you do need to take stairs to get to them. I think this experience would be challenging if you have mobility limitations, as you would need to be able to get in and out of the boat by stepping off or onto a dock. Be aware that the guide will ask for tips at the end. If you're looking to tip, I'd recommend bringing cash.

Amazing tour! The staff was very friendly and made us all feel safe by enforcing masks in the store and on the boat. This is by far our families favorite way to explore the Everglades. We have tried shark valley in the past but the tour was way too long and tough on the kids. In our opinion if you want to tour the glades, Gator Park's airboat tour is the way to go.

Staff and employees felt the need to express how much they dislike the government, as well as the Democratic Party. This was verbalized by a gentleman named Tom who was in charge of showcasing and teaching about alligators after the boat ride. It was highly emphasized how liberals/democrats are insinuatingly ruining all the “fun” as people are no longer allowed to touch the animals “as of last week.” And besides all this, the wearing of masks was nowhere near a priority. There was appx 18 people on our boat tour, and we were the only 2 wearing masks. If you want to see alligators, just spend the time to take a tram tour at the national park. Everyone is high professional there and generous with teaching you information.
